Life moves in peaks and valleys...

Life is so fluid we have no clue were it is going. We make plans and goals and try hard. And at times we just go with the flow, but we pray for a happy ending were we are fulfilled. At peace and balanced with ourselves and our loved one. I also say our end designation requires plans/goals, team work, great balancing and prayer. But don't misunderstand with pray there has to be action and movement, just basic hard work. We have to work as hard for ourselves as we do for our families, jobs and significant others. With that we also have to be straightforward honest with ourselves. I mean sit in front of the mirror looking straight on with no walls up and be honest with yourself. I am as nude as the day I was born and no barriers up and I look at myself. I note all the positive, the negative, the growth, the losses and I plan for my future with clear goals and expectations for myself. This is me now and this is were I am going. Plan with me seeing my true self and loving self. So, value y0urself and growth with yourself. Be the best you you can be. And surround yourself with positivity to remind you, your are still growing.
